Christmas in a box ~

Even though the house is decorated, all of the cards are sent, the gifts are wrapped and dinner preparations underway  I just can't believe that tomorrow is Christmas Eve. It seemed to come so fast this year. Never-the-less it has arrived but I have one more thing to share with you...and it is one of my favorites.

My Christmas in a box

I had so much fun doing this. And it really does look very pretty. I paired it with my Francisian Appleware, I like the way the colors tie in together...

...then added a few twinkle lights, snowball ornaments and just a bit of glitter.

I have had had so much fun with this box that I have decided that I really need to make another one, smaller perhaps and maybe painted.

So my friends with this last holiday post I wish you all a blessed and very

Merry Christmas

I will be taking a short blogging break but will be back after the first of the year.

We have been busy getting things ready for our family gathering here...I have prepped a few dishes, set the table and arranged the flowers. One more sleep as the children say!

  6. Your box is beautiful! I was going to have my sweetheart make one for me but decided not to try to put it into the schedule before Christmas. Maybe I need one for the new year! Looking forward to many more visits with you next year, my friend.
