I Would Like to Recommend...

I love just about anything that will make my house smell good...this includes natural fragrances like herbal bouquets, potpourri and pomanders...and although they aren't natural, diffusers. My favorite diffusers for the money are from Pier One. What I don't like is anything that is too intense and heavy. That's why....

When my daughter introduced me to these products, I fell in love!

Not only do they work effectively but that add the most wonderful and very natural scent to the room. Who would think that washing dishes and cleaning off the counters would be such a nice experience  leaving you feeling refreshed and invigorated.

Mrs Meyer's makes dishsoaps, surface cleaners and hand soap in three different fragrances: Lavendar, Basil and Lemon. They are all just a bit different from what you would expect...with a little something extra that gives a fresh and lovely lift to the air. Not the least bit heavy or overpowering.

I have been buying them at Target but they are also available at other stores. I think that you might enjoy giving them a try.

Thank you for visiting. I hope that your day is full of fragrant, fresh, and soothing things.

  2. Hi Adrienne,

Oh I clean ALL the time, so I love to use these as well! :) It's so much better than the harsh and/or overpowering cleaners, I agree! Wishing you a wonderful weekend.

  5. Hello Adrienne:
We have never heard of these products and fear that they might not be available on this side of the Atlantic. However, we shall do our best to seek them out since, as you say, it is so good to have a wonderfully fresh fragrance around the house that does not overpower.

Hoping that you are enjoying a scented Sunday!

  6. I've seen these products but so far have not purchased any. With your high praise I'll put them on my shopping list.
I love scent in the home, and agree that anything too heavy seems overpowering.

    Love that white platter Adrienne!

    1. I'll have to check those products out. I'm always looking for ways to make the house smell fresher.

PS. I found a replacement to picnik this weekend. It has "most" of the features. I posted about it on the blog this afternoon.

  8. I haven't bought any of these, but my oldest daughter does... loves the smells. And YES, it makes it nice that Target & World Market carry them... They used to make Gardenia which is the scent I would like most. But, I image the Basil is pretty nice (would probably remind me of JPE & his cooking).
Hope you are mastering Photoshop... I'm still looking for a Picnik replacement that is easy & has cute borders.

  18. I love the Lavendar but I have a family member who is here often and she is allergic to that scent. I also love the Basil so that's my 'Mrs. Meyers of choice'!
