Take a chicken, courtesy of Martha Stewart, add an old tin florist container, some flowers, and a bit of lace...
put it all together on a shelf under your kitchen window...
and you have something new to add to the pleasure of...
eating breakfast on a glorious spring morning; made even more so when the early morning sun is shining through the windows.
Thank you for visiting. I hope that you are enjoying the wonders of Spring.

ReplyDeleteHello Adrienne:
ReplyDeleteHow delightful this looks and how lovely to have this arrangement to greet you every morning at breakfast. Whether sunny or not, we are certain that it makes a good start to the day.
And your images give everything the most wonderful painterly quality. Do you have a special camera?
That's lovely - such a pretty scene to see as you drink your morning tea or coffee.
ReplyDeleteLove your vignette! Your Dorothy Parker quote, combined with looking at your gorgeous table and the setting, that I need to take more time to enjoy the simple things like a sunny morning by the window. Thank you! Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteI'm going around visiting everyone on today's PINK SATURDAY list.....with my hot cup of coffee, of course! Just wanted to let you know that I was here! Have yourself a great weekend, and stop by my place if you've the time!

ReplyDeleteBlessings,

Oh wow! This has to be the prettiest eating nook ever! The round table with the beautiful table cloth makes this area so, so pretty! The windows and the cheerful tin of flowers in this vignette are lovely! Love it all :)
ReplyDeleteTaking another look at your table I realized that the tureen you have is just like mine. It was a birthday gift from a friend :)
ReplyDeleteThe sunlight falling on your flowers is magical. I like the rustic bucket and have a similar chicken, only mine is blue glass.
ReplyDeleteLooks beautiful! I love all the prettiness just outside your window too :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous!!! I love your still life, it's so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI like how you named this vignette, girl! It completely tells a story and describes the whole thing instantly. I think the design can also fit in the living room, probably beside any window, too. Families have little chit chats, snacks and other bonding moments there too. A design like this would create a livelier atmosphere for the living room. :D
ReplyDeleteOh my! That dining room is so dreamy! I love how the windows brighten the place perfectly. And I’m completely in love with those valances. This room is like something straight out of a fairy tale! Great job!
