A surprise ~

This morning when I went into the kitchen I found a big surprise!

The bunnies had come in during the night and set up shop.

They have been working very hard, especially moma bunny with her wheelbarrow full of fancy Easter eggs. Poppa bunny is busy too, but I think he is more interested in the cabbages and carrots!

I hope they stay for a while, it's fun eating breakfast with them...even if they are extremely busy.

And, I might add...Miss Twiggley is being very good, she has only knocked down one egg trying to catch a little lizard outside the window.

A very joyous and happy Easter to you all.

  1. Beautiful post Adrienne. Love all the bunnies - they look so good and I am sure they keep great company while having breakfast. Tell kitty - have lots of lizards here - Lili likes to hunt for them.
Have a very Happy Easter - don't eat to many chocolate Easter eggs.

  7. You always have such delightful seasonal arrangements! What a nice surprise to wake up to. The sewing project with Lydia was fun. Getting her acquainted w the sewing machine was surprisingly simple. Of course, she reminded me she doesn't do girl things so I told her she would be operating a machine. Well, that sold her on the idea to give it a try. She was pretty pleased w herself.

  8. Hello Adrienne,

What fun your Easter display is and how we can well imagine it brightens up your Breakfast Table. A perfect start to the day!

And, how well behaved your cat is given all this to play with. Our cats would have certainly wrestled it all to the floor in no time......and eaten everything possible too!
