I am glad that you posted such a great photo of him, so that people could see what a wonderful man that he was. There is not a day that goes by that I don't think of him or something happens that reminds me that he is not here anymore. We all miss him very much.
This is the Raleigh I remember... he was generous, a fabulous listener, a treasured colleague, adored his family, the perfect guest, a role model for JPE and the list goes on! Adrienne, I'm wrapping my arms around you today & sending my love!
What a beautiful memory you have here, your love in the garden. I feel sorry for you. I lost my husband in 1992, and I know how you feel. He was only 43 and I was 40. I will think of you today.
Adrienne, I am so sorry for the sorrow you have to experience, I am sending you a great big cyber hug. May your memories of him be your comfort,xo Kathysue

What a happy open and inviting person you captured in time. It makes my breath catch and my heart stop beating for a moment to think of what I would feel if I lost my Matty-I so would love to give you a huge hug! I'm so happy that you were given the gift of his adoration and love and hope the countless memories keep you smiling. Thank you for sharing such a sweetness with us all.
What a wonderful picture of Raleigh in the garden. It takes a long time and many tears to heal from the loss of a loved one, Adrienne. It's good that you keep yourself busy.
